these are the terms you agree to when you order from us. we've written them in plain english on purpose.
this site sells sayso caps, tees and socks. orders are taken and fulfilled through our shopify store at shop.sayso-cap.com, and shopify’s own terms apply to the checkout itself.
prices are shown on each product page in us dollars and exclude any sales tax, which is calculated at checkout where applicable. we price flat within a line: every colourway of a cap costs the same, and every size of a tee costs the same.
placing an order is an offer to buy. the contract forms when we confirm the order by email. if something is mispriced or out of stock after you order, we’ll tell you and refund you in full rather than quietly substitute or cancel.
stock is live from shopify, but a colourway or size can sell out between you loading the page and reaching checkout.
free shipping in the us — free, always — no minimum. orders leave our us warehouse within 1–2 business days and typically arrive 4–7 days from order.
delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. once a parcel is with the carrier, its timing is outside our control.
risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
if an order arrives faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, that’s on us — tell us and we’ll replace it or refund you, including postage. nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights.
caps are satin-stitch embroidery on washed cotton twill, one size, adjustable roughly 54–60cm. tees are printed on midweight cotton and cut to the size run shown on the product page. socks are embroidered on a combed cotton blend, ribbed crew, one unisex size, sold as a pair. washed and printed fabric varies slightly batch to batch, so the exact shade may differ a little from the photography.
follow the care instructions on the product page. damage from machine washing isn’t a fault.
the designs, embroidered and printed lines, photography, and written copy on this site belong to us. buying a piece buys you the piece — not the right to reproduce the design.
